I have an AMD Radeon Vega 64 GPU which I am currently using in my desktop PC but I am wondering if anyone has got an eGPU working on their Hackintoshed Matebook X pro via thunderbolt 3? I was thinking of purchasing the Razor Core X eGPU enclosure, but it is quite expensive and I would just like to find out if it will work with my Matebook X pro 2018 before making any purchases.
Also does anyone know if there is any chance that there will be a fix for the the Nvidia integrated GPU any time in the future?
Many thanks and stay safe,
Jonathan

Hello!
At the moment as far as I know Thunderbolt 3 Hotplugging is not supported, but I guess that if you plug in your eGPU at boot it should work.
I have an eGPU but it's in the other apartment so I can't test right now unfortunately. Also I would need to change the card inside as it's an Nvidia.
I follow to see if someone else already got this done
