新功能描述

在开启多条订阅时弹出警告：不同订阅之间可能存在规则冲突导致耗电量增加，是否开启
目前在酷安发现还是有很多的人同时开启多条订阅，而且对于小白来说多就是好，他们也不会去看相关的说明，最终导致的就是gkd耗电量大，不好用，加入这个弹窗或许能够一定程度解决

建议在主页提供一个耗电说明的入口，或者显式地提供一个跳转链接，很多人根本不知道有官网
