after installing an agent onto a win 7 computer with
two printers connected via usb

HP officejet pro 8620
HP officejet pro 8620

they were allocated to "devices"

but when selecting items to set properties it was found that the "software" of the printers

was set to :

Name Office 16, RETAIL(Grace) channel Serial number XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-zzzzz
