[Bug] Include teammate element conditionals into precompute steps for scoring #498

Motivation

Currently Acheron E1 - E2 dont have a scoring damage difference since the conditionals assume the nihility teammates are maxed out.

Goal

In the precompute params/etc calculate the teammate elements/path so the conditionals can use them, update conditionals for element/path so they default to the right value

  • Poised to Bloom
  • Sparkle
  • Izumo
  • Look for others
