Match NuGet Url for convenient redirection/switching?

It'd be great to be able to swap nuget.org in a URL with nuggettrends.com to be able to go from nuget.org easily to a trends page with the same package.

For instance, if I'm here: https://www.nuget.org/packages/CommunityToolkit.Mvvm

And entered: https://www.nugettrends.com/packages/CommunityToolkit.Mvvm

It'd be great to have an automatic redirect or show the same info as https://www.nugettrends.com/packages?months=24&ids=CommunityToolkit.Mvvm
