Webhooks client and Webhooks API

I am trying to figure out how the web hooks work, how can I create different webhooks with different URLs. How to test them. If there is any kind of documentation on that topic that would be really helpful. But for current moment It will take time to figure out how it works.

And webhooks works with events, so it would be great to see how it works together with deep explanations. I am trying to track down how and where it works, but it is kind of complicated for now.

Should I create multiple webhooks for different events, or should process only all different types on one webhook?
