How to release GPU memory by CPP interface?

For now, the memory is always released to a memory pool for reuse. There's no API to release the memory pool to system, unless you exit the process.

I find two interface functions named MXNDArrayFree( ) and MXSymbolFree( ) in c_api.h of mxnet. But when I use them, they do not work well. Could you test them?
