It takes a lot to parse some files like RockSample problems (and consumes a lot of java heap). Maybe we should save the Pomdp objects (STD, ADDs, etc) and call them "LibPOMDP format". It is the same idea of storing the .mat files, but matlab-independent. I propose the fileestension .lpf (LibPomdp Format).
