[FEATURE REQUEST] Allow extra text after utility commands

It would be nice to be able to add extra text next to a utility command.
E.g. the following prompt is sent as-is:
/explain I would like to add some extra info

It would be nice if the utility command was expanded:
Break down the code in simple terms to help a junior developer grasp its functionality. I would like to add some extra info

In order to simplify things, the assumption may be made that the utility command is present at the start of the prompt.
