希望可以把 golang.org/x/ 的库全部放到vendors中 #578

在go get -u 时发现要安装 golang.org/x/sys 的包，这些包能放到vendors中么
本来就是要用这个来解决 go get -u -v 时遇到 golang.org/x/ 的包，结果安装就要这些包，这有点orz

先下个可执行版，然后用cow来帮助go get x包 :)
