The problem, described in #60, is that users cannot quickly and easily locate design issues on the projects we have.

Describe the solution you'd like
Based on a technical solution we are looking for at #60, this issue is about offering a new page with a results list of all available open design tasks found in the projects. Apart from results, the page can also include searching and filtering functionality so that users can easily find suitable information.

As the technical solution on #60 is gradually improving, the filtering functionality could cover more user needs, like types of tasks, level of difficulty, etc.
