When running ramalama on macoS ( 15.2 Beta (24C5089c) ) with Python 3.13.0 :

ramalama run llama3.1:8b
Pulling sha256:8eeb52dfb3bb9aefdf9d1ef24b3bdbcfbe82238798c4b918278320b6fcef18fe: 100% ▕####################▏ 4.34G/4.34G 41.1MB/s 00:00
/opt/homebrew/Cellar/[email protected]/3.13.0_1/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.13/lib/python3.13/multiprocessing/resource_tracker.py:276: UserWarning: resource_tracker: There appear to be 1 leaked semaphore objects to clean up at shutdown: {'/mp-am8aidmc'}
  warnings.warn(

This appears to be a warning only. Happy to gather additional debug info if it helps.
