User right-clicks on a paragraph/section in the doc, and the ability to place a bookmark is given. Bringing up the same book will have a menu item to retrieve bookmarks and move the user to the correct page and the correct scroll offset.

Will require using IndexedDB or LocalStorage to remember a unique book hash as well as the position that the user is on.
