This is more a database of general tutorials on how things work rather than a single defined tutorial, still it is very complete and should be mentioned in the Operating System category with something like :
For more general information, see OSDev.org

I'd gladly make a PR if other people think it's relevant too.

Any notable difference? It looks like the fork has fewer articles, we could just put both.
