OKR: End-users receive a copy of their form submission for either Protected A or B form submissions.
Users expect to be able to receive or obtain a copy of their responses for record-keeping when submitting a form to the government. This reference helps reassure and give confidence that the form was submitted and gives people the evidence of what was filled out. This is especially important when a form is longer, more complex, and when the answers are linked to a decision such as for an application form.
Considerations
There are different potential ways people might be able to get responses, either by downloading them as a file, receiving them by email, printing them, etc.
Data classification will factor in with securing Protected B data being a priority.
This is also somewhat related to Saving progress as getting a copy of partially filled in forms might be a first iteration for that feature.
