Repeating sets on the review page

Description

The labels that appear in the review page for repeating sets do not correspond to the labels seen when filling out the form.

For example:

If the set name is "Upload files" and the instance or entry name is "File -1, File -2, etc."
Then that should be how it is displayed on the review page, with "Upload files" as the higher-level category and "File-1, File -2" as the specific answer label.

Currently these appear to be reversed.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Staging > Draft a multi-page form > Add repeating set > Customize repeating set
2. Test filling out the form
3. Get to the review page
4. Compare screen with repeating set questions with the review page
