Country in Address Component does not get picked up on Review page and appears in wrong order

Description

When filling out a form with a "Verified Address" (AddressComplete/Address component), the country comes before the street address and other address fields, however the order changes on the review page for a multi-page form. In addition, when selecting a country, this data does not get picked up (saved?) on the review page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a draft multi-page form in staging with address component (that allows for international address/split address)
2. Test filling out the form with a country selected
3. Continue to the "Review page"
4. See how the Country "answer" does not show up, and the Country "label" appears below the other fields (in contrast to the way it was filled in)
