Heading size differences on review page

Description

On the review page (and potentially other form pages), the different between the H1 and H2 and H3 is not significant enough to be perceived in many cases. Consider reviewing the typography styles to ensure a stronger distinction for different structural levels.

Expected behaviour

Clear difference between heading levels
H1 = largest
H2 = less large
H3 = smaller
etc.
