Add supporting Task placeholder for Commit Message prompt

Describe the need of your request

When I describe my commit message, I must provide the task ID in each commit message. The JetBrains development environment contains a Task tool from which you can extract this information for use in the commit text.

Also, when in changes many files, Commit Message prompt does not work, just ignored
