[Bug]: No person name or person notification

Hello, i use the eufy-security addon, but i don't get person notifications or person name für ma E340 doorbell, connectedt to home base 3. in the eufy app i see, the person name and the notification.

Fuatakgun wrote me this:

if you are not receiving person notification, integration cannot do anything about person name. person detected and person name information are coming from add-on.

The problem was,

• when there was no person identified, sensor value was empty.
• when an unknown person identified, sensor value was unknown.

given that empty and unknown are hard to manage on home assistant side, integration converts ;

• empty into No Person
• unknown into Unknown Person

the presence of person or person name needs to be discussed with bropat.

Is there any way to solve it?
