Smart Dimmers plus common bulbs

Brand new user here. I just started setting up the integration for my non-dimmable bulbs, and I'm a fan. I don't have any smart bulbs though, nor do I plan to purchase any.

What I do have is a crap-ton of Leviton D26HD dimmers (Decora Smart 2nd Gen) running Matter and a variety of GE Refresh and GE Relax bulb types (premium tier bulbs). I also have a couple models of GE Ultrabrights.

If I was to find a suitable meter, build a fixture table, etc., would the project even want the associated profiles? Given that only the dimmer itself is smart, the combination is never going to be detectable (and the dimmer needs to be setup appropriately for the various bulbs). The volume of these sold would vastly outnumber the smart-bulbs, however.

Power consumption would really depend on the combination of both dimmer and connected bulb.
This combination is rather unique, and also not detectable (with information knwon to HA) as you already mentioned.
So it won't provide any added value to get these profiles in powercalc library for above reasonings.
That wont stop you to use the profiles in your own HA/powercalc setup of course.

I'm in a similar situation.

I have a bunch of dumb dimmable lights that are hooked up to different smart dimmers. I want to create a profile for the lights. I was able to measure the power by hooking up a light to a smart dimmer, and the smart dimmer to a tp-link kasa smart plug. So in essence, that gave me a profile for the light and dimmer together, but it didn't separately account for the power the dimmer consumes. How can I properly measure that? Do I need to first create a profile for the dimmer, and then subtract that power from the light profile?

If we create a profile for the dimmer I believe powercalc would be able to automatically detect the dimmer to add a powercalc to the device in home assistant.

Even though powercalc won't be able to automatically detect the dumb dimmable lights would it still be valuable to add the profile so that other users with the same lights can manually add a powercalc with this profile to their light device in home assistant?

Also, in home assistant, how do I get power measurements for both the dimmer and lights behind the dimmer, either as one measurement or as two measurements, one for the dimmer and one for the lights? The reason is that in home assistant, my light devices are actually the dimmers, which have lights behind them.
