OrdersTable

  • Add Open and Canceled checkboxes

SmartTradesTable

  • Restruct the columns
  • Add trade Type column: Trade | DCA | ARB
  • Add Completed and Canceled checkboxes
  • Show both: open and closed trades. Open should be at the top.

Common

  • Show a dialog with order/trade details when clicking on table row
  • Add pagination for both tables
