Move generated components of docs/docs folder onto a gh-pages branch

Each modification of the API documentation on any of our SDKs on the main branch results in a large list of unstaged changes to the git repository. By moving the generated documentation into a separate gh-pages branch, we can also consider automatically generating and publishing documentation for each release without affecting main.
