On Linux, Flatpaks use Portals to sandbox disk access. As a result, Portals keep their own independent recent file and directory histories. Currently, there is no easy way to clear these history lists, but the files where these lists are kept have been found and can be cleared manually. Is it possible for BleachBit to do the same in its cleaning?
