Support for AlexaPi on RHEL Distributions (Fedora, RHEL, CentOS)

Description of problem:

Due to lack of scripts for RHEL, one cannot install it onto Fedora, nor any RHEL Images.

Expected:

Proper pulling of RHEL dependencies using yum/dnf and proper install into the system.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download the Fedora ARM64 Image and flash it to the SD Card
2. Install Fedora using in-built installer
3. Try to install using the given installer.
