Describe the bug
When using the new /tick command in MC 1.21 (NOT the Carpet Mod /tick) to slow down the game significantly (usually to ~5 ticks or lower), the controller's input will be significantly delayed. For example, using the right stick to look around will take about 3-5 seconds to register in-game from when the action was done on the physical controller.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enter a singleplayer world in 1.21 with the controller mod enabled and controller connected
Use /tick to make the tick speed slow (below 10 ticks ususally causes buggy behavior)
Experience controller input lag
Expected behavior
The controller should be usable as normal, just the same when the tick speed is at 20.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Windows
Minecraft 1.21
Modloader Fabric 0.15.11
Fabric/Quilt Libraries 0.100.3+1.21
Mods Too many to list, but mods will not have anything to do with this issue as it is a vanilla-related problem
Version 1.9.7+1.21
