Does not cd into a folder where command was invoked

It does not open it in a proper directory. I use alacritty + tmux and my terminal stays at the same directory.

Same here. Using Nautilus 47.1 + Ptyxis 47.6 + n-o-a-t 0.6.0 + fish on Arch Linux.

EDIT: Never mind, it is working. I had to change gsettings key com.github.stunkymonkey.nautilus-open-any-terminal terminal to ptyxis.

any error when launching nautilus via cli?

with 47.0 i can report everything works fine on NixOS.
