[Feature Request]: Team define default settings for Poker Game creation

Description

Currently teams have to choose their settings for each poker game they create, often they will use the same settings for every poker game such as the point average rounding. It would be great if teams could define their default settings so they can create the games faster with the same baseline settings.

Describe the solution you'd like

Team can create a set of defaults for poker games that include the configurable items (currently point average rounding, Auto Finish Voting when all Players have voted, Hide Voter Identity) and possibly include join code and/or leader codes.
