[Poker] Asynchronous voting

Hi,

first, this looks like the most-polished free planning poker app I found so far, very nice :)

I wonder if adding an async voting mode could be useful, it certainly could be for us.

I'd expect it to be used by adding a bunch of plans and configure the battle to allow async voting. Then I'd share the link with the team and people can vote on the plans in their own pace. We'd still have a sync part afterwards to talk about the plans with uncertainties (different votes, ? votes, ..).

This could allow remote teams to get the big bunch of tickets out of the way outside a call, improving efficiency for those cases. What do you think?

I can see the value in this, I'm not sure when I will have time to build such a large enhancement however I'm open to any PRs.

We are still early in adopting story points for our estimations, coming from time estimates, and are still figuring out our process - if it turns out we really need this, I'll try to find someone to build it :)
