Access to different api: for example mega upload

Here is potential api for megaupload
somehow allow him to browse files on megaupload under some link via api: for example https://mega.nz/folder/NkI2jbRQ#QEyZ6GLGdaZX1ztIL52N
So he could check all pdf files inside catalogues and research them.
