this is how my fan control setup looks like if i dont run anything heavy:
The GPU% doesnt go below 30%, but thats fine. Im okay with a 30% minimum. Thats not the problem.
As you see i have around 1000 RPM on 30% for my GPU which is correct and also in line with my calibration table:
My problem is that the RPM dont react to my curve at all. For example if my GPU goes over 80 degrees, the percentage goes up to 35% (according to my curve), but the RPM skyrockets compeltly to like 3000RPM:
(note that the screenshot here is taken a few seconds later, so the gpu temperature cooled down a bit. Usually the curve goes up to like 35-40% which should result in like 1200RPM according to the calibration, but it just skyrockets completly ignoring the curve)
I checked whether Fan Control is able to control the GPU Fan at all by using manual control and yes its able to control it.
I assume theres some different program also controling the fan which overrides Fan Control? But im not sure what it is, i dont have any different fan controlling software installed.

Your GPU may have an internal override if the temperature/fan ratio is off. 1200 RPM at 85C is low fan speed for such temps, it may trigger the safety. Also, you should complete your calibration table with a 100% point.
