After some problem with the new AMD driver (24.10.1) on discord, I've tried to roll back to 24.8.1 but fan control (v207) wasn't working properly. I've try using older version (v202-203-205 with .net 4.8 or 206 with zip) but they all have the same problem, they crash unless I put my old Configuration file without ADLX. If I try to re-enabling ADLX, it just continue to not launch the app. I've also made a clean install of the 24.8.1 AMD Driver.

The log file don't fill with data as it crash very early.

AMD R7 5700X3D
MSI B550I Gaming EDGE
AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT

Here is 2 event that seem link to those crash :

24.8.1 crashes with ADLX integrations. It's bugged. Not much I can do. AMD drivers are a bit of a mess these days. Pick your poison.

Do you think 24.7.1 will be better with an older version of fan control ?

I didn't pay attention but I think the folder with metadata about windows report is needed along the .evtx file

There won't be any difference with a specific version of FanControl. The bug/crash happens in the driver itself. As I said you got to pick your poison, some versions of ADLX crash, some don't play well with specific programs like games or in your case Discord.

I can add that I recently tried different versions for my setup and found that V194 is the last working version for me.
Maybe you should try that @K1Lc4m. I can confirm that AMD drivers for this particular gen are extremely buggy.
5800x3d on Asrock Taichi x570
6900xt on version 23.8.2 (Practically ancient, but the least buggy I've found.)

Thanks for the great software anyways, Remi.
