I was trying all the Hp Dsdt patch for battery but non them are working battery icon is there but at same place
I have to reset bios every time when I boot up machine by pressing power on key for seconds it show correct battery status at that and every time it fails I tried my methods so that battery status start working.
please help me out

I have the same problem, had it on Big Sur and now in Monterey, omen 15-dc1004la, I'm still investigating the problem, tried applying battery_HP-G6-2221ss.txt but the problem persists. What have found in tonymacx86 forum iirc is that the register 0x69 is set to 00 when the problem happens, the default/good seems to be 0x70, setting that with ec-probe tool from linux or windows makes the battery status update again and removes the Non-hp battery warning
