开启tvOS帧率匹配后视频掉帧/音画不同步 #187

在Apple TV系统设置中开启帧率匹配后，播放视频会发生严重的掉帧现象，并且画面会逐渐落后于声音。（此时如果暂停视频，声音会停止，但画面会继续播放直到赶上声音暂停的位置）
