"all programs" scroll-able?

I just put open shell on a win 10 32bit os ---- when I open it up all was fine --- but when I when down the list and click on "programs" I got screen of multiple columns for all the apps/programs on the system --- It has had a long hall .... start as xp -> vista ->win7 and now win 10 --- is there a setting, if so, where would I find it) to make this output scroll-able? Thanks
