travis is now running cmake version 3.12.4. I guess bionic upgraded.

I've spotted now that OSX is the only build that uses Cmake 3.10.2. Unfortunately the home-brew installation on that travis image is broken and requires use of the update key for the homebrew add-on for any dependency installation to work. This would be the alternative to the solution used on #113 (9850a19) that just updates the image to the oldest version that has a working homebrew version (unfortunately it comes along with cmake version 3.17)
