[1.19.2] Dropped items cannot be picked up.

Minecraft Version : 1.19.2 (forge 43.4.2)

Mohist Version : 142

Operating System : Win11

Mod list : none

Description of issue :

The server is clean, no modifications, the problem is that when you drop an item with the q key, it takes a few seconds (up to 30) to be able to be picked up.

These are the steps I have taken:

1. Deploy the server
2. Join the server either locally or remotely
3. Get any item
4. Drop it with the "q" key
5. You can't pick it up until a few seconds have passed
