On this page, the Sandbox Quick Start section, in point 1 there is a note about using an outlook.int.com email address but it isn't clear how one would go about getting such an address. Also the code in point 2 does not seem to function properly. I even tried just manually submitting the URL (with the added client id and both with the state given, and a state like 23456) but a code is not returned. For example;
