[Bug]: Some applications failed to start

After using the "GTK settings" to select a theme, some applications such as Google Chrome, QQ, etc. may fail to start. After deleting "~/. icons/default/index. theme", they can run normally again

Yup, had to same issue w/ Chrome & Spotify blowing up on 54b65e9. Deleting the index.themes definitely solved the issue. Thank you 👍

yessss, you should've amplified the severity of it, since for me X server would not work at all after running the install script. (every app would crash with segfault)

deleting ~/.icons/default/index.theme solved the problem of google chrome and vscode not starting, but vscode now starts very slowly, about 1-2 minutes
