Allow to set model_install_parameters for models to be able to do node pinning and settings number of shards

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's currently not possible to set the number of shards to allow certain models to be installed on L40S GPU:s. And it's currently not possible to do node pinning of the models.

Add the possibility to add add parameters to the list of models being installed in the configuration part.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual patching after cloud deployer has finished.
