Enhancement request
The question whether Cloud Pak Deployer is "supported" by IBM Product Support is quite often raised by field engineers. Cloud Pak Deployer is an open-source project and does not have the warranty of the IBM labs with all the QA that is done. However, Cloud Pak Deployer mostly uses commands and scripts that are included in the product documentation.
Implement the following changes:
--dry-run
option for deployer runs inexisting-ocp
clusters. This option does not make any changes to the OpenShift cluster and also does not do any installation tasks. It only outputs the steps that would be performed when running the deployer. These steps can then be run manually by the customer, or serve as "evidence" for product support which installation steps have been followed.The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
