Link can't move because of a call to Player_SetCsActionWithHaltedActors. I have the same complaint about Amy's blocks rising when time runs out on her puzzle (I could've sworn I logged it as an issue).
Definitely not a cutscene, though. I think it's a different category of time-saver.
We need to have a discussion at some point about what those categories (and how we handle their options) should look like. I'm envisioning a new dialog window for them.
Small thing, not sure if it counts as a cutscene, but I thought I'd note it. There's no One-Point bars, link just can't move until they stop.
