I don't see any instructions on how to use ddccli.exe ? what commands do I need to enter to, for example, change the value of 0x10 to 10?
ddccli simply outputs the information of the connected monitor. and how to transfer it to the monitor?

it is also not clear how to work with ddcci.dll
