Issue details

Downloading dataflash logfiles with the Mission planner is very unreliable.
I normally connect a drone, go to the dataflsh logs download window, I normally get list of the logfiles, select one, press download and then one of two scenarios happen:

  1. Downloading begins but somewhere in the middle it stops and MP disconnects from the drone. See the video here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VmZi-VPUhwxAFszQOC-bJOrfvcCtLCaK/view?usp=sharing
  2. Downloading begins but when it's getting to the end (at about 98%) it jumps back to e.g. 20%, but here is the progress EXTREMELY slow (like 100x slower) so it's impossible to wait till the end.
Issue is happening more frequent on a new desktop PC I just bough twith a freshly installed Win11 professional.
I observed that H743 based FC works much worse, than F405 based FC.

Tested today log downloading using Qground control on the same drone and computer and it worked.
Also tested on another computer (a Win10 laptop) with the same MP version and there it worked normally as well.
It seems to be some way connected to the new computer or software, but I can't figure out what it can be.
When tested on the new computer, I had first immediate disconnect and at the 2nd attempt "stuck in the middle". Sharing here rlog and tlog files from this case if anything can be explained from these:

Edit: I added to my PC a WiFi card (RTL8188) and connected via Beyond Robotix WiFi bridge. When I attempted to download a logfile, I got the case 2 (see above) issue so it downloaded almost to the end and then jumped back and went extra slow. Here are logfiles:

More and more people confirming the same problem even on Win10 - see discussion here: https://discuss.ardupilot.org/t/problem-downloading-log-files/123244/23

I noticed one more strange begaviour of MP on Win11, not sure if connected to the problem above:
If there pops-up some modal window (e.g. that you are not running the latest version of AP after connecting or the values aren’t min./max. checked after accessing all parameters list) it doesn’t pop-up to the top of the active window, but somewhere to the background (so it’s not visible, but still blocks controlling the main window.) If you don’t notice on the taskbar, that there is one more window opened, MP seems like “frozen” until you discover and confirm the “pop-down” window.
This is also happenning only on Win11, not on Win10.
