From the trajectory, I think this is something from the LLM, not from openhands. GPT models do get "lazy" sometimes and keep telling the user what to do, instead of following the prompt and "doing" it. And they're not alone in that!

Could you take a look at this https://docs.all-hands.dev/modules/usage/prompting/customization
and add to the file some prompting in which you try to tell it to remember it has tools, and it can perform actions?
