How can I find the essential large models?

Hello, I don't want to download these models through the software client. How can I find the download links for these models manually on the website?

stable diffusion checkpoint, you will find them all on CivitAI and many more. (a place you absolutly want to know and use, it's the main hub of image generation)
as for upscaler just use the one provided it's fine.
some other upscaller would be found on hugging face (not really the place on CivitAI) but its not worth the effort

Please check this resources.py you can find all the models needed, and you can download them manually :) then put them into the desired path of ComfyUI.
