Deforum do not show on main page

Hi! I have installed the "deforum-for-automatic1111-webui" extension to my Stable Diffusion. I have activated everything according to the instructions, but the "Deforum" tab is not showing up on the main page. Do you know what might be causing this and how to fix it?

In the "extensions" tab, it shows that "deforum" is installed.
I have also tried "apply and restart UI" but it didn't help.

I was having the same problem tried multipled times ,but failed ....
but at the last it worked for me
open web-user.bat file 'as admin in notepad check if you have modified the line as
"set COMMANDLINE_ARGS= --xformers --autolaunch --skip-install " , remove the "--skip-install" and run the web-user.bat file
Note : before following the above steps do this
1 - update Automatic1111
2- download and install deforum extension.
3 - download and install controlnet (https://github.com/Mikubill/sd-webui-controlnet.git ) in extension folder.
4 - download any control-net extension (link : webui/ControlNet-modules-safetensors)
5 - copy this control-net extension into both deforum and control-net 's models folder
you are now good to go ,hope this will work ,for me it did.

Hey guys! I thought I did everything necessary, physically had everything in the right place and was having the same problem.
Found this article and worked like a charm:

I unchecked the "Installed" filter before I hit the "Load From" button, and scrolled allllllll the way down and found "Deforum". Click install on that, (it will take a minute or so to process) then follow the rest of the tutorial.

Fixed for me by: Shutting down backend, deleting all extensions/deforum..., repositories/midas & repositories/vits... then re-installing.

Breaks when installing depth map scripts prior to deforum due to midas/vits versioning incompatibility.
