Feature: Copy PNG info to text2image tab with button

If an uploaded image has a valid exif prompt/negative prompt. Move it to the text2image tab with the press of a button.

You could do seed, sampler, steps as well, but I only really care about prompts.

I think it would be a good idea to store all prompts regardless - perhaps in a <select /> input under the prompt. I'll see about making a POC since it wouldn't be too hard to store all prompts in localStorage so you never lose them.
