[New Script]Post Face Restore

In Extra tab, this script will run face restore one more time, which offers you better result on face restore.

Why we need this

In Extra Tab, when you upscale an image, webui will run face restore one time automatically. But, sometimes, one time is still not good enough. Especially when image is full shot or wider shot.

So, with this script, it will run face restore one more time, which can make eyes and face more natural

This adds a checkbox at the bottom of the extras tab

So that people will not look for it in "Script" dropdown
