(Feature Request) "Save as default" button for writing settings to ui-config.json

It would be very user friendly to be able to set your defaults in the interface (Rather then manually editing ui-config.json) and then hit a button to write out to ui-config.json.

I would imagine that there would be a "Save as default" type button on each page of the UI that would write out settings for each section of the ui-config.json, txt2img, img2img, extras, etc.
